3months are a Wellington, New Zealand based company that has been developing websites and web applications for over a decade. We employ some of the brightest developers and project leaders in the country who know their stuff and are great communicators. Most of our staff are Certified ScrumMasters.
In addition to our permanent staff we have a large network of partner organisations and contractors. We have worked with over 50 public and private sector organisations though-out New Zealand and overseas.

Mark Pascall
Director
Mark has over 18 years experience in software development and 13 in web development. His experience working on many high profile web projects in the UK and NZ has given him an excellent understanding of a broad range of web technologies and software development processes.
Over the last four years he has presented at over 20 conferences through-out New Zealand on subjects including XML, Web Content Management, Agile Development and Web Site Accessibility.
Bret Richdale
Strategy and Interaction
Manager
Bret's background is in online/web consulting, user experience design, marketing and mobile technology both in New Zealand and the UK.
Bret and his team will help you to visualise your ideas, check them with your customers and make interesting, new online and mobile solutions a reality.
Most weekends Bret can be found moving rocks and digging holes to balance out the abstract web concepts during the week.
Nick Rowney
Client Relationship Manager
If you need a website, you'll probably be speaking to Nick first. Difficult to sum-up in a few words he seems to have been everywhere and done everything - take a close look at the man with no legs in Braindead. Nowadays he is happy to talk, talk and talk.
He recently bought a patch of grass in the Wairarapa and spends the weekends sucking on an ear of corn; dreaming.
