Redmine
Redmine is an excellent open-source, project management and issue tracking application, written in Ruby on Rails. We use Redmine to manage support tickets (bugs and feature requests) on websites we have developed. We also develop Redmine patches and plug-ins for clients.

3months is no longer offering DotNetNuke (DNN) services. Although DNN is a very capable system, most of our clients/projects now require the unconstrained solutions afforded by Ruby on Rails and Agile.
